unlimitade ram air install
Hey guys i just installed my ram air.Something doesn't seem right. The little tube on the side should it go to the bottom and should i cut some of the old rubber tube. The pictur on the web desn't show it so i asume its at the bottum. Those who installed on the blue car at diy let me know.Sound ok though.
Brian,
From what I recall the tube on the side should go on the bottom and connect to a rubber hose which is removed and applied with a clamp which you need pliers to remove (if this is the same tube on the side we are both talking about!). But you are right, the tube is at the bottom facing the ground from your engine bay!

It is ussually located on the bottom of the tube. Also DON"T cut the rubber hose. You never know if you might want to put it back to stock. There is a squeeze clamp on the hose and it's kind of tough if you don't use pliers.
