Not really a ricer fest, it's of a import tuner car convention as it's name implies. This what I hear.

 

Any type of event like that is gonna attract a lot of "ricers." So it's inevitable. You either go and ignore then or you don't. I was supposed to go to the one in Cali, but I didn't get a chance to go up there when it was in town.
