Let's see the Salesperson who has taken great care of me so far was Michael Stuart, real nice guy and very honest. Anything I've asked for he's taken care of or answered/found an answer to.

Got mine from Jim Collman and was very underwhelmed. Did a real rush job of delivering my car...didn't even have a salesman go over it with me. Perhaps that's because I started through their Internet guy.
My understanding is that Infiniti is trying to remake itself as a high-end company, but they reminded me more of a Chevy dealer.

Grubbs is a dealership in Texas (Supposedly the largest seller of G35's in America?) - Either way they usually give a great price and depending on if you are purchasing a 6MT or Auto (6MT's are harder to come by), you can probably fully customize your car at Grubbs to what you want and if they dont have it in stock they'll order it for you and ship it out to you.
Some go that route because its not only cheaper, but since they can get exactly what they want its a big advantage. Not to mention usually their prices are cheaper because their selection is so large.

I got mine 4/23/05 over at Jim Coleman, 500 over invoice spent about 10 min talking a deal. Told AC Clash that I was going to JBA next. So I told him $500 over invoice and I'll drive it out the door. He went back to talk to the sales manager and both came out and shook my hand. They was willing to do anything to make a sale. Bad part about it when they put my wheel locks on they scratched all the wheels where the lock is. Going back Saturday to get those fixed and hopefully some money back from the damage. But so far they had what I wanted and at a great price.
Rosenthal Infiniti
I bought my 6MT coupe in June of 2003, at the time I purchaced a clear bra from the dealership. It was installed by an independant installer, initally I had no problems with the clear bra. Two weeks ago while washing the car I could not clean off a bug splater, I used several products to clean the splater and none of them worked. I have used Zaino since I bought the car and was suprised that I could not remove the splater. I contacted the dealer because I could not remember the installers name or business name. They informed me that the installer was no longer in business, after some discussion with the GM William Gray, Rosenthal agreed to refund the purchase price of the clear bra so I could have the damaged area or the entire bra replaced. Mr Gray was extremely helpful and very understanding about my concerns with the clear bra. I definitely would refer any Infiniti shopper to Rosenthal Infiniti. Their customer service has been outstanding, and their service department is excellent as well. Until this incident I have had no problems with Rosenthal sales or service and they took care of this problem right away. Every time I take my car in for service I request that they do not wash the car and they don't. I even bring my own Mobil 1 and they never have a problem using my oil.
