Where can my cousin go to get his speedometer recalibrated because this FOO was doing 100 on dullies toll rd. and got a ticket, now he has to go to court and he might go to jail for like 3 months because he talked to some lady in the motor vehicle department and she told him that this particular judge gives out 3 to 6 months in jail depending on the person's attitude and how doing 100 is just like a DUI

I don't know either but I guess he figures if he can get it on paper showing that he was acutally doing 80 instead of 100 he can show the judge

 

my driver instructor used to do it... i can give you his info if you want.

 

Probably hire a good lawyer and see what he suggest. Other than the standard driver education classes, I doubt anything else would fly. It depends on what his record is like too. I think for you to go this route, it's straight ***** to the wall. If the evidence is weak, the judge might slam the book on him for trying to pull one over the judicial system.
