hello

I'm looking for a shop who can install APS single turbo on my G.
Do you know any(good) shop around NOVA area? FunctionTune said they can't tune Unichip(that's coming with APS kit) yet.

I;ve talked to AAM in Maryland and they said they could do it, but I 'm wondering if there are any other shops that are closer to my place and possibly giving better deal ? lol

stay away from AAM, stay FAAAR away from AAM...

 

can you tell why??

 

I have seen the wiring job they did on a friends ECU....since when are crimp connectors used??

Also read alot of horror stories about them on my350z.com, try another place.

...quite a ways from NOVA, but, believe me, well worth the drive! Tell James Evans (the owner) that "Claude" sent you!!!

AAM installed my turbo, but didn't tune it - - JE has since squared me away!!!

JE all the way !! Its a little drive but it is really worth it ! Your turbo is only as good as your tune and install . If James is not avaliable ask for Nick or Chris ! James is always super busy . Tell them Claude or Will sent you . Its all family anyway !

Try ISP. They did a couple of my cars.

 

last i heard forged performance was doing a free transport of your car to their shop in georgia, and free airplane ride for you to pick it up

 

I believe that's only if you get a fully built motor from them along with a turbo install.

 

I don't know if this is the same ISP that's in laurel. What I noticed, they seem to do a lot of evo and Sti and not much experience with the G. I don't know how much has changed since the last dyno day we held there. But that just left a bad impression on most of us
