Best Mod For Under $10.00 For The G (cellphone)
This applies to all G35's 03-04, or who ever still has their cassette player in the car.
TAKES YOUR CELL PHONE AND MAKES A GENERIC BLUETOOTH FOR YOUR CAR
I don't know if anyone else have thought of this, but it works pretty well
As long as you have this headset piece that allows you to connect the microphone to the Cassette's line, you can drive and hear everything just how a regular bluetooth would work in a car.
BUT IT SAVES U HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS

WHEN EVER YOU GET OR MAKE A CALL, JUST SWITCH OVER TO THE TAPE PLAYER, AND TURN THE VOLUME UP!

I just use the speaker phone feature on my cell..hehe. if it's loud enough for my not to hear my phone, then it's loud enough for the other person not to hear me.. I personally love my cassette player. Allow me to use my ipod w/o direct wiring or using FM modulator.

I agree this does look pretty ghetto but to the poster above saying a bluetooth headset is $15.... This is different since it plays through your sound system - kind of like a Parrot bluetooth kit you can get.
I use my Garmin Nuvi 360 for Nav and playing MP3s. It's hooked up to my car via tape adapter. The nice thing about the 360 is that it has Bluetooth capability so it syncs with my phone (contacts, recent calls, etc) and the call comes in through my speakers. The only drawback is that many callers complain about hearing an echo.

i haven't had any complains of sound quality, or echo's.
it sounds very clear as long as all the windows are rolled up, and when im not in boost. ^ ^
perhaps the A/C in full blast may also interfere with the sound quality going to the mic

. You can actually amplify the sound a little more from an external player just enough so it won't distort.
