nice games this past weekend. didnt get to catch them all, but the laker suns game was fun, and the shocking warriors and denver wins were also very exciting.

I think the Warriors/Mavs and Nuggets/Spurs series garnered the least attention before Game 1, since we all know who is going to win. But now, I think a lot of non-Warrior/Mav/Nugget/Spur fans will actually tune in to see what happens in those series. However, I don't think we should jump on the underdog bandwagon just yet. We might, back in the best-of-5 round one days, but now with a best-of-7 round one, it's very hard to pull a 1994 Nuggets/Sonics. Nevertheless, TV ratings will definitely be up after the Mavs and Spurs lost game 1. Can you say conspiracy? LOL, you never know.

 

does anyone actually think denver or golden state actually have a chance at winning though? could happen but i just dont see it, especially with golden state playing midget ball.

if i'm not mistaken, the warriors beat the mavs 3-0 in the regular season. they were the only team to sweep the mavs. i know, i know, the playoffs are a whole different ballgame, but it just makes you wonder.


anyways....... we all know the Heat are going all the way again, so why do we even bother wasting our time on a thread like this.
