If anyone heard the news..
Citi Financial and Accredited just went bankrupt (because their intrest rates were too low and people with bad credit couldn't pay their mortgage...)
so the interest rates will be going up in about 2 months, because less major competiative banks are offering loans...

She works for a lending company that solicitates around for the best prices for your mortage...
