Talking The G is paid for

Used my hefty tax return to pay off some credit card bills, get ahead on my mortgage and pay off the G!!!

Chunked down a nice check for just under $3K and now I'm waiting on the title. Not bad after 4 years and 3 months. Paid off 9 months early, now I need to divert that money into my HELOC which I'm getting sodomized for.

I know, whoopity-doo and no one cares

^It's too damn early to care. Besides, everyone is stuck in traffic. Btw, congrats. Now you can start paying off my car.

Too early? I was in at 6:40AM!

HELOC = Home Equity Line of Credit, it's tied to Prime and it's sodomizing me on the interest payments.

Puria, an official request for the care-o-meter has been issued. Confirm or deny?

HELOCs are a bitch... I refinanced my 9+% HELOC into a ~7% HELOC about a year ago with no closing costs and no fees. How? I went through my financial advisor at Morgan Stanley who also happens to be my BFF. Lemme know if you want his contact info.

BTW, I did a 48 month loan, so this is my final year on my '04. Perhaps I'll look into another G-coupe afterwards, but I really want a GT-R!!!!!!!!

That's nothing new

Thanks Arjunz for picking up the ball where Puria dropped it...again.

I can't close my current HELOC for another 2 years or else I have to pay the closing costs on that loan. But with rates so high I'd probably save more money paying the costs than the actual interest on the loan. Oh well, I'm selling soon anyway and I'll have to close it down soon enough.
