Getting a rear spoiler installed?
Yes, finally went from wingless to the older style OEM wing. Figure I'd change things up. Anyone know of a good place to get this installed? I figure I'd try myself before I remembered you gotta drill into the drunk

i believe the problem with installing spoiler on the G is that you will have holes on the inside of the trunk. I believe G's that get spoiler install at the dealer have holes that are covered with a sticker on the inside. I have installed 4 spoilers (2accords,tc,es300) and it's not that hard if the spoiler come with teh right templates. On some car, the trunk has a predrill hole or area for bolting the oem style spoiler. I don't believe the G is that case so you will have visible holes that needs to be covered up. I might be wrong. Drilling the trunk is a lil scary, but if the template is right, you shouldn't have any problem missing the allignment. You definitely need 2-3 sets of hands to make it easier to handle the spoiler.

Thanks for the kind words but this issue has been beat to death. Everyone has an opinion on what looks good and what doesnt. I believe the wingless look is great if you're going to go full kit (kenstyle rear and sides and TS front for example is the best combo). I however am not going to kit it, at least not this car and its my DD so wanted to change things up. Maybe my priorities have changed however in the meantime make it look more aggressive. I already have a front lip and gialla grille and it would look whack without the spoiler. Either way by the springtime it should be looking alright.
Junior maybe you prefer wingless just because you're getting bored with the car and change things up. Grass is always greener on the other side my friend!!

lol i said i'm disappointed because i actually started liking it when i saw your car wingless with LMGT's and the drop... i still like the wing, i dont like wings on cars generally.. oem wing on the G35 being an exception.. but eitherway its not a bad decision..
