GOTTA BULL$hYT TICKET IN THE CITY
SO I'M DRIVING FROM K STREET LOUNGE IN DC THE OTHER NIGHT AND I PASS 2 COPS THAT ALREADY PULLED SOME ONE OVER. THE COP STANDING ON THE STREET SEES ME AND KINDA HURRIES TO HIS CAR TO COME AFTER ME, MIND YOU I'M CHILLIN' WITH ONE HAND ON THE WHEEL AND THE OTHER ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE AND SINCE I DON'T HAVE A NAVI I GOT MY CELL IN THE COMPARTMENT ABOVE THE RADIO AND MY CELL IS ALWAYS ON THE CAR CHARGER. SO HE PULLS ME OVER WITH THE QUICKNESS AND WALKS UP TO MY CAR AND SAYS I PULLED U OVER FOR BEING ON YOUR PHONE
....I'M LIKE WTF HOW COULD U POSSIBLE SEE ME ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU WERE STANDING ON THE STREET. MY LAST CALL WAS @ 2:32AM AND IT LASTED FOR 25 SECONDS, HE PULLS ME OVER @ 2:41AM.
SO I'M TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I WASN'T EVEN ON THE PHONE AND I SHOW HIM THE LAST CALL I MADE, HE'S NOT BELIEVING ME, THEN HES SAYS THAT HE SAW ME ON THE PHONE AND HE SAW ME PUT THE PHONE IN THAT COMPARTMENT. I'M THINKING THIS NEGG@ IS LYING LIKE SHYT.
SO HE GIVES ME A HUNDRED DOLLAR TICKET FOR BEING ON THE CELL PHONE
AND HE WAS RUSHING ME AND I COULDN'T FIND MY INSURANCE CARD, BUT THE SHYT WAS IN MY WALLET SO HE WRITES ME A 30 DOLLAR TICKET FOR NOT HAVING MY INSURANCE CARD ON DEMAND AND A 500 DOLLAR TICKET

That is a bunch of crap.I feel you .There you go can't trust po po.Go to court.The judges don't like that crap either.I know you can't ever find that card on demand.
This is the reason why I dont drive in DC, I take every chance to avoid it if I can, cuz the popo in the district are as dirty as they come. I have never been pulled over in DC and hope that I never will, but I was pulled over in VA and I let the cop have it and when we went to court, I embarrassed her for her stupidity in front of the judge.
My story:
I was in the "Right lane must turn right lane" and I was trying to get over to go straight across the intersection and then the right lane opens up again. So, I look and see it is clear, so then I merged and all of a sudden, I see these lights speed up and I get back in my previous right lane and crossed the intersection anyway and got back in my lane since it opens up again and made my turn. This lady cop on her moped/bike pulls me over and said I deliberately did that and did not follow the sign and I said, did u see what happened, I got over and the other car speed up, so I got back in my previous lane. The lady cop told me to "shut up" and continues to look around my car some more to find more tickets to right. I tell her again, I did not deliberately do that and she tell me to "Be quiet" and then says, "I dont like your headlights they are too bright and if I see you around here w/ these light again, I will right you another ticket" and then tell me to sign the form and if I dont, I will go to jail"
So my response to her was that you are making up tickets because you see a black guy in a nice car and you think that it is probable cause and when it comes to my headlights...they are bright for a reason...they are called HID lights and come standard on most high-end cars and you would know this if you actually owned one, so stop wasting my time...(man, she was pissed off then)
So then, she proceeds to tell me that if I dont sign the form, I will go to jail...and I say that I never refused to sign, you just refused to listen. So I sign the form and then I went to court and told the just how she threatened me w/ the headlight ticket and that she needed to be reprimmanded and that it was the end of the month and she was just trying to get her quota up and I even called her supervisor/sgt and reported/filed a complaint against her which will affect her raise at the end of the year and I walked out being not guilty...how is that for retribution
Jason, you should probably go about doing the same thing...call the guys sgt/supervisor and file a complaint against him and I am sure they dont like it when the shoe is on the other foot and then when you get to court..roast the little piggy!!!!

For Klok: While you got every right to be pissed off (I would have been too no doubt if she said what you said she said) but you didn't have to go insulting her by saying 'if you had a high-end car yourself you would know what these are' blah blah. I can relate to you guys on this one...D.C. cops are the worst! I think that they are out to generate false revenue sometimes, as they know the average person does not have the time or will to fight some of their bullcrap tickets in court; therefore it's easy money for them!

...I am what you consider "Probable Cause"...John over there can blend in I have never had something like that happen before w/ the popo and as for being labled as ******...I doubt it...People who "Really" know me know that I am a nice person and I dont like ****** and if anything my attitude is mostly a reaction to something that was done previously.
