Or he'll make you show up while he won't. Sucks though. I think as long as you produce the INS card with the record of the time you made that call (vs the time on the ticket), you will be cleared no problem. The pain in the butt thing is having to schedule and then take the time to show up in court.

I thought the cell phone thing was a secondary offense in DC? as in that can't be the primary reason they pulled you over. Heard they're trying to ban cell phone in MD now too. I don't take my G to DC either, unless i'm going to Trong's place to get something install. even then, them crackheads scares me man..
