sorry man but if it has tint on it no matter what % it is all state inspectors will fail it.i used to be a state inspector and the troopers told us to fail all tint.you have to take it off cause the only place that can certify it is the state police.then you take it to a state insp,with the cerified paper and the little stickers they put on from the state boys and the insp will sign it off.
