VA Wheel Repair recommendation
VA Wheel Repair recommendation
For all interested parties, I just got my OEM 19" wheel touched up due to a curb scratch (damn I am an idiot). The final outcome is it turned out great. Sorry, no pictures to show. The person who performed this aesthetic improvement is Mostafa Shafiei 703-298-2063. He was previously working as subcontractor for 15 local dealerships including Infiniti of Chantilly (I know BOO!). He has opened his detailing shop adjacent to the Hooters in Fairfax,VA.
I just wanted to give him some free advertisement. He did a great job and was very customer service oriented, which is key in my book. The price varys depending on what type of wheel repair you need done. However, for my 4" scratch on the lip it was $60, which he did not have to dismount the tire. That is probably $30-$40 cheaper than Ye Olde Wheel Shop plus he did it on right on the spot.
Happy New Year everyone!!!

Called him, seem very nice. I'm thinking about letting him repair my rear rim too. I might just let him do it while I wait to avoid the hassle of droping it off at old wheel and waiting a while to pick it up.
