Why you got the porch light on? Got crime during the day? You better get that car into the garage!

Just kidding, Nice place!

sounds like a excuse to post picture of your G/T emblem to me . there was more car picture than house picture..haha Must be the lighting because your athen came out looking like a daytona blue in a couple of the shot. Where is the house? not that i'd rob you or anything, especially after somebody pointed out that you keep your porch light on..haha

Thanks everybody. The total square footage is around 2900 sq ft

As for house warming party, I am looking around early March/April timeframe (that gives me time to fully furnish the place )

The house location is in Woodbridge

And as for the porch light being on...well I just forgot to turn it off like normal...give me time to adjust to even having a porch.

This neighborhood is really quiet and everyone is friendly. The only thing is that we are the youngest couple here (age 26) and I have already been named the neighborhood drug dealer. Everyone else is at least 45+.

As for a BBQ, yeah that will happen as soon as my home depot card arrives in the mail

Well at 400k, you should not have a problem, it all comes down to your commute and where you actually want to stay. I work in Chantilly an it is about 35-40 min drive one way. Check out this website: www.homesdatabase.com

for all available homes, that is how I found this one.

What type of house are you looking for...Condo...TH...or SFH? And where are you willing to commute from?
