Pics of My New House!!!
im actually looking for a townhouse near around chantilly/sterling/reston. i work near dulles/chantilly so Im trying to stay close t home. B/c of pricing I figured 400k only gets a Townhouse...condo's are too small and i dont want to pay a stupid condo fee. condo's are also more risky (i used to work for fannie mae
and a mortgage loan officer before that
). I figured 400k was NOT enough for a house, but enough for a townhouse
and a mortgage loan officer before that
). I figured 400k was NOT enough for a house, but enough for a townhouse

Also keep in mind that VA has a freeze on building all NEW HOMES until at least most of the current ones on the market are sold. So this is def your right time to buy.
