Went there to get my car serviced for an oil change. Most of the reps there were extremely rude and acted like they didn't care. The only nice one I found was (I think his name was at least) Theo Poretti (or something like that) but he was gone the next time I went. While waiting for my oil to get changed I saw this guy arguing with a service rep over a loaner car. The service manager was very rude to him albeit that guy was a jerk too. Still, as a customer service person you never lose your cool and I've worked customer service so I know what it's like.
Maybe they've changed, I don't know. But I'm never going back...
I bought my car from JBA Infiniti, the sales staff there is great, especially a guy named Brad. He's the one I bought my car from, and everytime I go by for service, he's always asking about that car, and jokingly asking when I want to up to do M45. Chill guy, quick deal/no hassle.
The service dept at JBA has some issues, but recently they've been treating me real nice. They installed my 06 headlights, and even offered to install sides/rear bumper. Of course the pricing is high, but still kinda cool that the dealership is offering to install aftermarket stuff. :P
