I donno if you guys read the actual report. It was on some forum, I can't remember which. But it turns out the fence wasn't completely sunk in the ground. So when the fleeing car hit it, the force lifted the fence up, letting the car squeeze under it. Then is swung back into place.

It makes a lot more sense than a "ghost car" if ya ask me, lol.
