+1. If they are going the speed limit or under I pass them. I stay 4-5 over the limit and drop the windows, other than that they are just another car on the road.

I m not scared of them so , i dont really care , it also depends on your look and your car, if you got gengsta look , they will pool you over, but if your nice drest idont think so, and if your car is supercharged or TT on it, they will i think ,

1. check my speed
2. buckle up (if have not already done so)
3. switch on my headlights (in Latvia headlights should be ON 24/7)
4. and look at them like I am a friend of COP

I actually always get behind him. I have just had bad luck with cops pacing me and me passing them. If they're pacing me, then they're going to pull me over. Happened just last week, pulled me over for me not having front tag. I still had on the front tag holder and everything, so i told him one of the screw fell off and that i'm obviously not driving around w/o my plate on purpose, but still mount the holder. He came back with a warning. So i'm going to make a mental note not to pass cops, that extra 5mph isn't going to save me much time.

1. Turn Off Music,
2. Put two hands on the wheel
3. Give him the nod that I'm scared of him
4. Go slower than the Civic next to me
5. Drive until his is out of my scene.

Yesterday, I just got on the 14th bridge heading towards Crystal City and an unmarked blue crown victoria with the 2 blue light bars in the back window and DC government plates cut in front of me. Didn't use a signal. She had her cell phone in her left hand and just cut me off.
After getting on GW parkway, I cut around to her side and rolled down the window, honked the horn and gave her the finger.
I waited for her to flash the lights, but I figure, DC plates, I'm not about to pull over...she never did flash em.
Maybe she was off duty, or maybe it was a resold cop car. Oh well...next time, I should carry a camcorder to record this in action...
