Oh okay nvm.... I'm not sure how it works .. but when i got my reckless.. i was required to take the driving class.. I had almost a clean driving record when i got my reckless thought and i went to court... and tried to talk my way out of it... It didnt happen... where as there were people who had lawyers representing them.... and their fines were either lowered .. or dismissed... I would get a lawyer.. Good luck and let us know what happens.

I suggest getting a lawyer, I got a reckless when i was 21 and got off with just court fees b/c of some crazy ish my lawyer pulled (I also had a clean record though which helped).

I was on the floor laughing, but I don't know what happened. We should had got a locked than a removal.

 

I almost got one saturday night/sunday morning. I was leaving DC going back down to Woodbridge, and got pulled by State Trooper I guess. He pulled up on me after I did a few lane changes. Mainly I was doing this because everyone was driving extra slow due to the 4 different cars pulled over. (btw, I passed an IP G35 that was cruising...anyone from here? (2:30am, 395 S) )
Anyway, he was checking for drunk drivers, and put me through the whole sobriety check. I had drinks earlier that night, but was set to drive. Finally, after he brought me to the car to do the breathilizer(sp), he let me go because another car without headlights caught his eye. He said he would give me a Wreckless Driving ticket, then left. I don't think I was WD, and if I had gotten a ticket, I would definitely contest it.
