Intake & Exhaust

I'm wondering if anyone ran their G stock and then with intake and exhaust and what improvement did they see in their times?

I ran 13.8 stock in a G37S and if I decide to keep the car past the lease, i'm thinking of putting a Stillen intake and exhaust. Wondering what improvement i would see with that setup.

thanks.

With intakes alone IMO too much air. Over heated my engine a lot. Resulting in Limp Mode. I never drag raced, but on road track the setup hurt me.

After getting my exhaust and TP's solved the issues. Should consider oil coolers as well.

Isn't this what these cars are supposed to be running stock? Why is it so important to have proof in this case????
You would think that I had said I ran 12s stock or something.

Yes, I have a timeslip, I will post it later

I think i launched between 3 and 4 and slowly released the clutch. If I drop it, the car will get spinning and wheel hop.
