I purchased everything new, Latch with spring and strikers. Problem looks like it's taking air in the center and forming rounder while the sun beats on it. Didn't help when I was testing last air suspension adjustments and was driving at around 135mph, I think that's what happend

 

isnt cf hoods supposed to be strong tho. the hood is that flimsy?

 

Don't know whats stronger really, I just got it for looks

I'll take a look at the spring tomorrow but most that I have seen all look the same

 

hi, I'm about to receive this hood this Thursday and will be installing it with my neighbors help. I'm also thinking of putting a quicklatch 38 hood pins. My question is do you think you can install them on our body chassis, I was looking inside the hood bay and it looks hard to do

 

If you purchased the vis racing hood from OC and you have that gap in front you should give them a call and let them know.
