Just installed RJM clutch assembly.
Has anyone got a clicking or popping at the top of the pedal after shifting. I love this pedal but it recently started doing this and im not sure what it is. It seems that everything is secure. Thanks
I took mine to a place to get it installed and the shop didn't install it since he said he was afraid of timing or something. Forgot what he said it's been like a week. He said he didn't feel comfortable putting that on a car with only 250 miles on it. Anyone has any issue with it? I'm still looking for a place to get this installed.
It took me about 5 hours and a cut up wrist (wear gloves).
i just installed the RJM clutch on my G this weekend after only owning the car for 2 weeks. so far it seems better than the stock pedal. just have to fine tune it next weekend. but boy oh boy it was awful painful to install. i am 6'2" 265lbs and have mitts for hands. at one point i wanted to hulk smash my new car. super sore neck today lol

It's funny, if we could some how get an inch more play in all directions down there, it'd a lot easier. It could be worse though.
sliding that fulcrum pin through was quite tough, glad they thought to put that one inch pin in the kit for holding everything together.
heres a question for anybody that knows. it appears my clutch pedal is not quite the same level as my brake pedal. it drive fine right now but was wondering how to get the pedal closer to me. should i loosen those three bolts that hold the pedal to the assembly and pull the pedal to me, then tighten?

Did you read the part where I mentioned how much easier it is if you just remove the driver seat entirely and lay flat on your back on the floor with your head under the dash where you can see and use both hands easily without twisting or straining or killing your knees? Seat removal and replacement adds 15 minutes to the job and saves about an hour and a half.
