Aftermarket in > stock parts out >?

hey guys just have a quick question. I'm having high flow cats, cat back exhaust, and intakes installed on my G in about 10 days which also means I'm gonna have all of the old parts to deal with. Do people usually keep these parts, because if that is the case, I'm going to need to rent a storage space, since I live in an apartment and don't have the storage to keep these. What is your guys call?

I suggest keeping all your stock parts so you don't have to search and buy them again if/when you decide to go back to stock. Also, keep good inventory of all your screws and bolts - they're expensive to replace by the dealer!

i wouldnt say its worth selling your stock parts. You will get a few houndred for everything and its just not worth it. Especially if you wanna eventually return it to stock. Find a buddies house or something to store your OEM parts at.

Thanks for the input. Looks like I'm gonna have to rent a storage unit to keep them but that is the price to play I guess right!

Try a cost analysis first. If the storage unit is going to be $50 a month, that's $600 for one year of storage. That's enough to buy the stock G37S muffler.

If the storage unit is over $20 per month (which it probably will be), I personally would rather just sell the stock parts and buy them again later if necessary. That's up to you, though.
