Going for the JDM look, wondering if anyone had their engine cover replaced with a 370Z one and if its a direct replacement w/o mod. Thanks in advance, appreciated.

 

From what it looks like, it seems that it will fit. But that ridge where the STB on the Z goes will make it look awkward on the G.

OR...

You can keep your engine cover, remove your Fuji emblem, fill in the Fuji indentation with bondo or something and put a Nissan emblem on it.

 

I would go with your second suggestion hands down... Just need to find the time to get it done !

I don't get it??? Why would you want to replace Infiniti fuji with Nissan?? Pretty sure everyone knows Infiniti is Nissan aannnd .. ??? Just doesn't make any sense

Ive heard people in japan like to badge their cars as infiniti, and we in the united stated like to mark ours as nissans.

 

Yea, it's a JDM thing that got into me, ever since my Subaru days.....lol!

if you're going full jdm, make sure you change your Infiniti emblems on teh seat, the clock, the steering wheel, the trunk...

dont half *** it and just put a big nissan grille emblem and call it a day

 

why do people get so hard over jdm? or want to spend 300 plus on an engine cover? these cars are imports but dont knock it down to civics
