What a dumb***... not only mod parts but almost all customer service is like that.. You got to call and be demanding and make sure you get your moneys worth

 

To be honest I'm not 100% sure. In the past we have extended the discounts to phone and online orders but we've also kept the special prices exclusive to the show...You're telling me you don't want to come in for the show? Our HQ backs onto John Wayne Airport in Orange County...I'd be more than happy to pick you up!

lol, ^ i got to get my own. John Wayne is private and public. you can fly in an out of there no sweat. i used to fly from there all the time. easist airport in the world.

 

i had the same bs with alex about the longtube intakes and kyle came to the recuse. I hope they improve their quailty assurance. their products are more expensive with the extra cost should come a quailty product. alex's response to me about the complaints i had was the intake was functional and the looks took second place to that. he even suggested i polish out scratches and rough spots on the intake boxes with mother's plastic polish. $505.00 i don't think so. maybe, alex is the problem with customer service.

 

yea you shouldn't need to polish it at all. it supposed to be good. they are trying to work things out from waht kyle said. im sure the more stuff like this he reads the easier it is tofire or retrain the guys. one day at a time.

 

gonna have to check out that open house event... you have a lot of work getting the people on here back on your side. Especially me after seeing a stillen exhaust system in person.....
