Anyone want to make 75 bucks a month storing my car in their garage?
I cant wait for next year to come so I can get some coils and lower the car with some sick *** wheels... Been giving some thought also to just selling my car over the winter and buyin a diff coupe with 6spd in the spring..

NY is nice in its own way, def a party city. i always thought it was funny when i would see the luxury cars in the projects.. drug dealers.......

my girl accidentally locked the keys in the trunk while we were at the farmers market, so we called a tow truck. since the sun roof was open, we asked the guy to go through there to unlock the car. found out just because the car was unlocked, doesn't mean we could get access to the trunk.....long story short...found out the back seats folded down after multiple tries and managed to retrieve the keys....the alarm was going off the entire time RIGHT in front of the market
Step 1_ Put your car key in your jacket
Step 2_ Throw your jacket in the trunk, with the key
Step 3_ Realize you never unlocked the doors after the trunk is shut
Step 4_ Borrow your wife's car and make a round trip to get your spare key
Step 5_ Attempt to unlock the car with the fob which unknown to you has a dead battery
Step 6_ Have you wife drop you off at your mom's because she has errands to run.
Step 7_ Call Infiniti Roadside Assistance and have them meet you by your car and legally break into it
Step 8_ Realize that forcefull entry into your car sets off the alarm, disables the trunk electronic unlocking mechanism and makes people walking thru the parking lot stare at you.
Step 9_Have the Roadside assistance guy suggest that you place the spare fob in the slot under the steering column while you argue that it is not the right fob because you already tried unlocking the car earlier with it so it must be your brother's keyfob (he has a G too)
Step 10_Cave in to the dude request after 5 min of nonsense talk, only to find out it was the right fob after all

I was golfing last week and forgot I put my key in my golf bag, put it in the trunk and the car beeped and the trunk opened right up... But my doors must have been locked. That must have been frustrating Tevi, but I had a good laugh reading that post

laughing WITH ya buddy. although i bet it wasn't funny at the time. locking the keys in is never fun.i'm planning on it if everything works out. i work on saturday at 5 so won't stay too long at Dave's. i still have to check out the thread to see when it is even starting.
i used to live in college point, queens for years and so many cars get jacked... no one has aftermarket wheels because they always get stolen. and if you park your car on the street, it will either get tagged or keyed by a screw driver.

yeah man, i was thinking that i'd see a lot of luxury cars but i only say a few G's, beamers, corvettes, and a couple of Ferraris. the Ferraris were on the high way going past down town but the others were just driving past time square. i bet people the live off of 5th ave or SoHo might have nice cars that they garage. but i can see how they can get keyed or banged. o yeah, i also noticed that some cars have this rubber floor mate looking thing hanging down from their trunks covering their rear bumpers for when they park i think. i saw a few G's with that. a lot of cars have this black rubber strip on the corners. parking anywhere in the 5 boroughs is tough. someone will always bump into you trying to park...
