U gotta do square on awd. Even the tires have to be the same specs. Do they not have any choice in offsets beside the 2 u mentioned above? If u don't want to do too much to the body u should stay at 36. If u wanna be awesomely different than others. do 25 n camber n pull fenders.
I am looking at wheel options and have pretty much decided I want to run a square set-up on my X so I can rotate the tires and avoid any possible AWD issues. I had decided to run 19's.....but then I found these, Concept One CSM 7, and of course they only come in 20's.
My question, if I decide to run 20's, these come in 20 x 9 with a 25 or 36 offset. I want to run the same wheel on all four corners with no rubbing or poking issues dropped on Swift X springs, so I am assuming the 36 offset and spacers.......correct??

Sure glad I decided not to mod this car......
Thanks guys,
RJ

not sure buddy
Lance you will just have to tell me what time you guys leave from your place, then I can just be waiting at Tomah and we can grab food at the Subway off of 94 and use the bathrooms for those of us that might have to go. I'm going to go through and attempt to clean my car Sunday night or at least the front enough so I can stick the tape to clean paint.
I have bras for all my 3/Ses. I even attach the license plates too them. So when I take longer trips, I put the bra on, and I have a front plate. Then when I get where I'm going, I take the bra off. I've been doing that for the last 12 years. Works pretty good. You for sure don't want to leave the bra on full time and trap water under it. Plus cars look ugly with them. But they do work.
I see Colgan makes bras for G37s. (they even have mirror covers available) Of course there are so may bumper options on Gs, I'd be worried about the fitment. Plus, if you have any kind of aftermarket front end parts, a bra probably won't work. But if you can get one that fits, they are a lifesaver on longer trips.

It might be getting too late for your big trip next week, but have you guys thought about putting car bras on instead of going through all that painters tape? Painters tape comes off pretty easy once it gets wet.

Curt - you make a valid point. I just very rarely put tape on unless we do a very long trip.
werd.

Yea I plan on getting a new bumper next year so I don't think it be the best investment for me. Thanks for the heads up tho Curt, we just have this crazy disease to shed away from stock
