You'll be absolutely fine. Your doing exactly what you need to be going...keeping them away from SALT and SAND. Salt will eat away at the clear coat on the wheels and start eating the metal causing pits or even rust.
THe #1 thing you have to remember is....DO NOT put them on your car TOO EARLY in the spring. You'll see idiots with aftermarket wheels as early as February because they don't know the reasoning behind NOT driving on them in the winter. I would HIGHLY recommend to NOT mount them on yoru car until
#1 - the snow is 100% gone
#2 - wait until there's been atleast 2 good rain falls to clean off the roads
#3 - street sweepers have come out to pick up all the sand/junk on the roads that fly up.
Do this, and NEVER use any "wheel polishers" or "wheel cleaners" on them. I'm sure you know all about PHs and stuff w/ your detailing, but the PH levels in all of those chemicals are too harsh and will also take off the clear on the polished/chrome lips. "Your wheels will last as long as you take care of them for"
^^Correct....and that vid of the fedex driver just pisses me off. Its good that they catch that crap on camera!

Yeah, Sorry Dawn, Linds and I won't make it
We want to, but Linds got notice 2 days ago that our shift that Lindsey volunteered us for is from 10pm until 3am at the MOA, and since its for the Government, its just not a good idea we mess around with alcohol or hooka. Next time for sure though!!!

Yea I got some wheel polish and although it SAID safe for wheels mine don't shine as much as they used to. I daily my 20s and I do just fine. But I also never drive on gravel ( I physically cant given how close my rotors are to my wheels, less than a pinky for room). But mine have been holding up great since last year! I would recommend in the winters to swap back to your stock wheels so you don't get nasty flat spots on them. Or inflate them to like 40 PSI
Not sure if anyone remembers Robert from Rochester. Black guy with a white wife, drove a new silver 370Z (sorry if I offend anyone with my comments, I don't know how else to point him out)? He only stopped for lunch at Newts last year, but he ended up falling in November I believe and tore his Achilles tendon, so he is in a soft cast now finally and is feeling better. He said his wife and him are heading towards TN around May so I told him about ZDayz and told him to get setup with a place to stay and he can roll down with us, so we might have another that would travel down with us. I will keep you guys posted on what's going on.
