I may just pay that extra 200 to make sure I get the right product and don't end up paying for something that is waaaaay off in fitment. Cuz the last thing I want is water leaking in my trunk or a latch that won't close. If it saves me the hassle, it will all be worth it cuz I won't have time this spring to mess around if something doesn't fit.

Man fitment issues suck as$... If you can pull it off, I'd agree with peng on doing ur own.

Trev is pretty good with FG mods. He did some work on his trunk if I remember right. I'm sure he'd be willing to help out.

Not worth spending the extra cash on the CF version unless you plan to keep some of it showing like I mentioned before. Just go through Alex. If anyone can fix or help something fit better it would be him.

Unless you plan to do 100% of the molding and painting yourself, trust me when I say that getting anything molded ain't cheap at all As much as I'd love to see your ride with that sexy trunk you showed me, suspension maybe a better investment for taking on the dragon You could always just hold off til you see it in person at Autokit and make your decision then

 

Autokits only has the CF trunk :/. My $$ I just made off my stocks this week can cover my trunk, that's $$ I shouldn't have right now haha. And Apple's stock is up $33 after releasing Q4 numbers that shattered estimates. Prob will keep that stock since I don't see anyone competing with Apple in the near future

 

U may just have to try that if I get it, I would not have faith in myself doin that haha. I was scared as he// doing my tails... But I guess they turned out alright

Yeah it would be nice to know a little more about it but it's just a gamble basically. I've been tempted just to pick a few companies and invest like 1500 bucks between them and see what happens.
