Hotsauce I wouldn't recommend either of the Top Speed exhaust systems honestly. I had it setup on mine and it was extremely loud with the single piping. I will post up a sound clip or two of when I had it on my 03 5AT coupe

I'm not tryin to shoot ya down on the exhaust, but DO be very careful what your getting into. My setup had high flow cats which adds a bit too it, but it is still really loud and I got a lot of drone...but you will have that in part with the kinetix. I don't wanna discourage ya, but wanted you to know. I had the single pipe on mine

Noise/droning isn't a problem with me. The main reason why I want the exhaust is the tone and loudness of the system. I blast my music every time I drive anyways.

My concern was if it will just bolt on and not need any modifications done to fit it. Also would I have any problems with the Police with the loudness of the car?

If the cats shot you can't really do much more harm.... Unless the computer is telling it to run way rich or way lean. Then you could have other issues besides pollution.

I love the sound the Topspeed Exhaust makes. I wanted the HKS until I saw the price. I know their cheap but from what Ive been reading is just the Tips of them rust. (Should be a easy replacement)

Drone doesn't bother me, my friends GSX drones like crazy. I also blast my music when I drive so its not a problem.

 

Too say it nicely, please dont do that... your exhaust sounds much better now.

If the HKS exhaust is really what you want then save up and get it. There's simply no replacement for quality and authenticity. To each their own though.
