dang that looks like a sweeet daily "drive the girl around in" car... wheels look awesome. nice and classy.
so, after my fiancee moves up there in march, we are going to be looking for a good used SUV or crossover. Of course, naturally, i'm leaning towards a pre-owned FX35, but we may want something AWD. I hate to say it, but i saw a fully loaded 2011 Kia Sorento, and it was pretty nice looking, but we're also looking at more boring options like the Honda Pilot and 4Runner (although those are pretty damn pricey even with lots of years on it) I used to have a Honda Element, and although completely functional, it was WAY TOO UNDERPOWERED and she hates the way they look.
I dont like any of the subaru SUV's/xovers, i just hate the way they look. It will also depend on what kind of a job she gets and where we decide to live. we want to do the whole "lofty" city thing for a while, before we get old haha! so that may eat up more of our cash, and then we will just use her booring *** civic for a while.
anyway, other ideas for cool SUV's/Crossovers that have AWD avail?

The FX35 does come in AWD so that should remain on your list. We have a GMC Terrain and really like it. We have the 4 cylinder version but you can get the V6 if you need the power. It's nicely appointed and reasonably priced.
Don't know if your wish will come true. Was damn cold today

Like Tevi said, the Terrain is a nice vehicle. Another one to look at is the Nissan Rogue. Keep it in the Nissan family and have a fairly fun vehicle.
Sedan guys check this https://www.myg37.com/forums/private...or-sedans.html Can't go wrong with HKS
Except it's slower, uglier, and probably has less usable room, Lol. I would personally steer clear of the EX35-at least in the 1st gen form if there is a newer one...I was underwhelmed by the cargo space and the power is the worse I've felt in any car with the 3.5 VQ I've driven.
my gf was really interested in the Terrain or the Equinox, and still kinda is, since the room is nice and they have good warranties now. the 4 cyl was a little underpowered for what i was looking for. THey are still in the running.
The rogue, meh, i havent been a fan since they came out but damn if they bore me. an AWD FX is def my #1 choice, the price is what sways me away.
I love the way the EX looks, but is totally pointless when it comes to space and efficiency. it's kind of a stupid car honestly, as much as I like the way it looks. I would rather keep my Mazda3 hatchback with way better gas mileage and space.
so in the running:
FX35 (AWD)
Mazda CX-7 or CX-9
GMC Terrain or Chevy Equinox
Honda Pilot
Toyota 4Runner
Kia Sorento
i'm sure there's a couple more out there, we just gotta work our finances out, cause some of these get pricey!
