I wouldn't think it would do too much harm given you shifted into a gear that wasn't completely wrong. 2nd at 55 isn't horrible I mean the gear can hit if you really want it too.

I would drive it again tomorrow quick and see if it is continuing to make the noise.
I didn't hear any grinding at all just got a massive forward whiplash when I let off the clutch.

If I cant find out whats going on I will go to the Infiniti dealership and have them diagnose the problem. (that noise is just irritating the hell out of me). Hopefully my third party warranty will pay for the diagnosing and repair.

That makes sense. I take it May is the end of your tour in the middle east?

On a side note_ Is anyone else pumped about the weather and the fact that there is no snow on the ground

Glad to hear you got the sways as if that was even in question though

But isn't it a little early to open Christmas presents? It is supposed to be Christmas morning, not the night before....

After not driving my car for almost a week, I took it to the bank to deposit some checks.

Coming back I took her down the on ramp and rowed through the gears. God damn that felt good. This car is like nicotine for me. I just crave it!! Gotta get my fix!
