Janik - I don't have access to it, but I can try and have an admin get it for you. What exactly do you need it for so I know why you're requesting it?
Thanks
Thanks
Trev - Let me know if you and the wife can make it!!!
Adam and his gf are coming up from Rochester, Tevi and Tina, and Lindsey is inviting a bunch of people as well.
Who else is coming? Figure everyone can come on over after 8 or 9...that way we dont' all pass out before midnight...we're getting old!! lol

Also, If you work MONDAY, what does that matter? New years eve is SATURDAY, aka hangover can be on SUNDAY~ As of right now, I work on Monday as well Sir!
After driving around for an hour today I noticed that when I accelerate from a stop light or sign I can hear a squeal/chirp in the engine area it goes away after a certain speed (I cant confirm it since the engine reving higher is louder than the noise). The noise isn't present when the car is idle or reved without and load.
I also hear the squeal/chirp when I am at 5th or 6th gear and I accelerate hard (flooring it). It continues to make the noise until I reach 1500-2000 RPM or if I let off the gas completely or ease the gas before I reach the certain RPM.
I was testing to see if my clutch was slipping (which isnt) prior to hearing this. (I put it in 6th gear and gave it gas on a hill and that's when I heard it)
Heres a Video, you might need to turn up your volume (its very feint but its loud and noticeable in person.) I also hear this in my sister 2004 Acura TL when you accelerate.

Too bad I cant bring it to the dealership tomorrow =(.
I am new to cars so if this is a easy diagnosis, I am sorry xD
Any one got and solutions to this?

Could down shifting have to do with this? I down shifted from 5th @ like 5-5.5k RPM's to 2nd which I think brought me close to or even to the redline (I pushed the clutch in right when I saw red line). I meant to downshift to 4th but I was sitting weird. The car is running fine other than the damn noise I am getting) Yes I know that's bad, I don't know what the hell I was doing. (Damn redneck going 40 in a 60 MPH zone)

Hmm I wouldn't think it would have anything to do with the mistake in downshifting.
I would start by looking/listening by the belts in the front of the motor. If the noise is there most of the time that's where I would check first. Just start the car and pop the hood and listen. Make sure none of the pulleys are wiggling out of wack or something. You should be able to get a fairly specific idea of where the noise is coming from. Just move your head around and try and pinpoint the noise and get back to us and we will see what we can do.

I just turned on the car and popped the hood. I hear nothing O_o. You can't hear the chirping/cricket noise when its idle. I also gave it a little bit of gas but still no noise. (Maybe this is a transmission issue due to the miss-shift since it only happens when there's load on the engine)
I wouldn't think it would do too much harm given you shifted into a gear that wasn't completely wrong. 2nd at 55 isn't horrible I mean the gear can hit if you really want it too.
I would drive it again tomorrow quick and see if it is continuing to make the noise.
