Another random question... How aggressively do you guys drive your cars? Me, I've had my fair share of tickets not to mention my doing 90 in a 50 that cost 600 bucks when I was younger. I rarely see redline in my car. When I do, I feel bad like: Aww I'm pushing u too hard lol... I'm more of a safe and cautious driver now. I'm getting old...

^ I've had 6 tickets myself, maybe only 5. But all of them for 10 over or under (got one for 35 in a 30). I don't push too hard unless we are cruising some twisties and the occasional on ramp, but I do try to stay under redline for the most part. I like to drive fast though, clearly.

Yeah, times change. I remember driving the crap out of my past cars and getting tickets all the time. I'm in the same range of tickets, was one away from losing my license when I was 16 and still lived back home in WI. My insurance was over a grand every 6 months juuuust for me. *DUMB* ...knock on wood, but haven't gotten a ticket since my drive home from picking up my car in GA...got the ticket in Illiniois.

^^ I have ZERO speeding tickets, but one driving citation in college that was quite a bit worse than a speeding ticket, and lost my license for 6 months... I keep a close eye for the 5-0 and normally just like to save driving my car hard on those cruises. My insurance is ever so slowly coming down and that is even with a family friend hooking me up with some steep discounts for 'good grade discounts' (which I am not even in school anymore for ha) and some other BS discounts.

I had those in 20's. They are decent.. handled good in the rain. But for maybe 5 -10 more for tire hop on some V12's.

I will drive it hard for about 2 second at a time. I hear ya on getting old... those younger days were mostly careless speeding. I think I speed more but I just keep an eye out more. Reality is that I dont go that much over.

I feel bad when I push my car too..

Tevi, I wouldnt be surprised if we dont even recognize ur car next year with all the sh^t ur doing.

Been thinking about security for the car while on our FL trip

Diego said the lot we'll all be in will be under 24/7 surveillance, and it is a very private lot in a ramp.

I use to speed and got a few tickets back in the day. It all stop after I got my GSX-R750 and started doing trackdays. I mean you get used to going 160+ mph on a racetrack and speeding on the street loses its appeal coz you simply can't replicate the feeling. and I'm pretty happy with paying next to nothing for my insurance now that I have 0 tickets and have a safe driver discount I for the most part only pushed when I m with the G crew or when I go on solo cruises on the backroads I used to ride my 750 on

Oh it won't be that drastic of a change I'm definitely gonna be using my Volk lugs for added wheel security.

I mean our cars do come equipped with an alarm system and will go off if anyone forces the door open but still it's definitely good to know that there will be good security on our Gs

Its not really whats inside of my car that I'm worried about, its EVERYTHING on the OUTSIDE that I'm worried about...wheels, suspension, not to mention vandolizm

I drive my car fairly hard. I hit redline fairly often because it's a rush. I feel very bad and feel like something is going to break but it's just too fun. It was really bad when I first got it but it is slowly getting better. When I do get on it it is just a few acceleration runs. Not like 30 miles of pure beating on the car. I really need to be a little nicer to this car.

I have yet to get a ticket in my 5 years of driving. Been pulled over once because the cop was an a**. I am usually pretty good about spotting the po-po.
