Today I traded my rims for some OEM Rays wheels. I have been looking to go to 19's for a while and shopped the rays stock wheels and the cheapest I could find was a 1000 so I couldn't turn this offer down. Even though these are stock I think the car looks better and it drives much better than with my 20's I had. With the spacers on it looks just right. His tires were super bald to the point where the tires were coming apart and you could reach your hand in and feel layers of the tire. It blew my mind that he was driving the car like that! I told him cause of the tires I would pass but he called me last night and offered to buy new tires for his wheels. We went this morning and he spend 1200 on tires and I got the tire protection on top of it. I am going to change my calipers from red to black and paint the rims gunmetal this week.

When you guys rolling to CNC? Hopefully I can get my wheels painted this week. I was thinking about dropping the car some more. I know we were talking about how to do it with the H-tech Z springs at the install at First Gear. As it is now the ride is pretty low but not low enough. I was hoping to get a little more out of those springs. I am loving the way the coupe drives now with the rays wheels. Surprising at the difference it made.

 

CNC is the day of my sisters wedding. I am going, but gotta leave right afterwards.
