Just finished these up today for a customer....on their way out to Cali in the morning.
For this I shaved the front grill, removing the emblem and making the louers with fiberglass. Then wrapped whole thing in cf. Here are some progress and final pics.

Started like this, OEM sedan grill....


Monster can cut up and epoxied on to give the shape I need.(Monster Rehab = awesome)



Did the fiberglass work on the backside of the metal. Then when setup, the metal was removed and there is my basic shape. A little body work and bam! Shaved grill!!!


After that i layed my carbon and did my thing and here is finished product. I did the grill in separate pieces of cf to make sure the weave did not get messed up and wavy. Then did a tiny bit of airbrushing to blend which is hardly even noticeable. Looks more like a shadow than anything.









Also did the rear wing....

 

I think I know the owner of these parts! LOL
