Yes. I replied to your PM, but it appears that there was a system update or something and those PM's are gone!

I still have it. I pulled it out yesterday and took several photos. I pulled it off of my 2014 Q60x when I swapped in an IPL Exhaust that I acquired.
It has roughly 25k miles on it.

Like I said in my first comment within this thread, I'll make you a very good deal on it.
I'll try sending you another PM.

edit.. PM Sent

Did you happen to measure the inlet and outlet diameter on the IPL h-pipe?

Sorry, no I didn't, as I got the Full Length IPL Exhaust (Y-Pipe, Mid Pipe & Muffler) and just bolted it all in.

But the Inlets bolted up fine to the CAT's.

All,

Just wanted to post a quick update. Thanks to the wonderful The Pope, I received his OEM Y-Pipe which I assume came from his 2014 Q60X Coupe. It was a perfect fit for my 2013 G37X Sedan.

The shop quoted me $100 for the install and ended up completing it in under an hour. They charged me $92 for the install which I'm happy to pay as mine was fully rusted. I paired it up with 3x 2.5" Z1 Performance 2 Bolt Gaskets (https://www.z1motorsports.com/z1-pro...et-p-1941.html) which were a perfect fit.

The car is MUCH quieter now, almost too quiet haha. I'm very happy as it was obnoxiously loud before where GF did not even want to be in the car for even short trips.

Thanks everyone for helping out and especially thanks to The Pope!

Question for pros

I am going through a similar situation where I noticed loud noise coming from my g37x and the shop concluded my y pipe needs to be replaced. They also mentioned the catalytic converters can be replaced but it would be cheaper to replace y pipe. The heat shields covering my cats are rusted. However, my main concern is they stated they need to weld the flanges during the process of the repair. Is there a reason for this or can I install everything on my own without welding the flanges?

Unless it severally rusted, most aftermarket y pipes should be direct bolton. Makes me wonder what kind of y pipe they are sourcing that doens't come with flanges.

I didn't realize what a flange was. Sorry for my lack of.knowledge. They said they had a non-gem y pipe without flanges which they wanted to charge extra for welding flanges onto a generic y pipe. just trying to suck my wallet dry.
