Exclamation Badly stripped demon bolts

Last week, I tried installing the test pipes that I ordered and everything was going well with the extensions+breaker bar that I was using until I got to the last bolt which was the driver side top cat bolt. It was kind of hot out so I was in kind of a rush and wasn't thinking, and I managed to strip the bolt. I tried using a breaker bar, impact wrench, tried bolt extractors, then I tried using a torch but I didn't have much experience so it didn't work, and finally I tried drilling through the bolt but that didn't work at all.

The bolt is completely stripped and rounded off, is there anything else that I can try? a friend also suggested I could use a Dremel but i'm not sure how I could do that.

And yes I have read the other threads.

Post a picture. If you have tried all the ones you mentioned. You shouldnt have any issues squeezing a dremmel + cut off wheel in there.

Currently trying to take off the manifold, I got the 6 manifold nuts off, and then I got 5 of the studs out and the head of the last stud broke off... I'll see what I can do tomorrow.

Yikes, the studs didn't need to come out of the head...

The manifold wouldn't budge, so that's what we had to resort to. It also doesn't help that its the farthest stud...

Lots of heat! Before force use the torch. Theyre only in the head about 12 ft lbs so its the heat and corrosion keeping them in.

Forgot to update but all done! Managed to hammer a 13mm bolt extractor on the bolt after we got it off, used some heat, and then had to use a lot of force to break it loose. It was a little hard since the cat wasn't connected to anything.

Also the reason why the manifold wasn't coming off was because I forgot about a 6th bolt that I thought I had taken off.
