Silly question for a new modder

One of my first early purchases were a couple afe dry filters that were super easy to just drop right in. Now after planning and research (and saving ) I'm getting an admin intake amongst other NA mods and wondering if those afe filters are now going to be useless? Will they be removed to fit the new intake? They still look brand new so I could sell them I guess, but it always sucks to make these realizations after the fact. Any info is appreciated and thank you for the help.

Drop-ins are for the OEM air-boxes. Your new long-tube intake kit will replace all of those components, and come with its own pair of filters, seen here in red.
