2011 g37x exhaust rattle fix?

So I know theres a bunch of post and threads out there about already but after searching a bunch I haven't found a clear fix for the problem. It's either people just agreeing they have the same problem or their exhaust rattle is different from mine. I hear a bunch of people's exhaust make the rattle but theirs sound more like clicking while mine sounds more like vibrations from metal on metal. I tried to find which part of the exhaust is making the sound but I couldn't find it. I THINK is either the cats heatshield or something around that area. I tighten down some of the heatshields on the stock(I think) X pipe but it only slightly lowers the rattle not stop it completely. I also removed both of the small heatshields that sit in the middle of the cat and the beginning of the X pipe. Has anyone found the actual fix for this problem? I read that some people just put HFC on and it fixes the problem. Is this a viable option? Is so what's the cheapest but still good HFC I can put on temporarily until I can buy one of the more expensive ones?

pics of what I did.

Are you sure it's exhaust related?

Many Gs develop a rattle that is hard to locate and sounds metallic when in drive - this one originates from the neck of the windshield washer fluid reservoir rattling against the inner quarter panel then the noise enters the cabin from behind or below the glove box.

I have some videos I'll look for. May not be your issue but wanted to throw it out there.

Here's one - at high volume or with headphones you can hear it. I was never able to hear it outside the car.

Theres a number of things that can cause rattling in our cars. The most common causes are fried cats, plastic under shroud loose and scraping every now and then causing rattling on poor road conditions, and heat shields. Does the rattling sound like its coming from the front of the car? Because chances are, it's your cats. Get it on the lift and unbolt the exhaust, if it looks like you got a bunch of metal bits around in there, then you've found the issue.

thanks for the advice. I dont have a lift but I have some ramps and some Jack's so when i get the chance I'll check it out to see if it is for sure the cats. I think It may be the cats though because everything I try on the pipes the sound is still there.

yea I dont think mines the same but they do sound similar. For me it's the opposite. Like I cant hear it inside the cabin at all with the windows up but outside the car I can definitely hear it but only when the revs are at like 500rpm.
