Intake/Exhaust - best sounding combination

Hi, all. I am considering an intake and exhaust to really let this lovely VQ37 sing. I'm looking to make the rather quiet stock exhaust sexier without pushing the noise to straight-piped levels. A couple questions for those with experience:

1. Looking at the Jim Wolf Tech Pop Charger and this Injen Short-Ram as well-recommended intakes that improve sound quality. Thoughts, alternatives?

2. Is it generally better to use a packaged catback system than to mix-and-match components over time? I was thinking about replacing parts from the muffler back up to the cats, but I want to avoid problems in the future.

To reiterate, I don't care about hp gains or weight for the most part, just taking advantage of the glorious sounds our engine can make. I'm considering forced induction in the next 2 years, but for now it's all about the 5k rpm symphony.

Thanks!

It's good you don't care about power because you'll lose a little with the short ram, a.k.a hot air intake. Stillen and Admin Tuning seem to be the favorite for cold air intakes. Just as noisy yet makes better power.

No comment on exhaust as that is VERY subjective.
