Exhaust g37 v 370z

What is the difference between aftermarket exhaust systems for the G37s and the 370z? They look identical to me, but are usually priced $300-400 more for the G systems. Is there a real difference?

Isn't the only difference that the muffler needs to come out another 12" for our cars? I was doing a lot of reading a while ago but don't remember everything.

Not a $3-400 system...$3-400 more for the G vs the Z
