I think it was PLA. Nylon would be better.

Did you design them? If so would you be willing to share the file? I'd like to try it out.

How is the PLA holding up? I thought PLA would deform from engine temps.

Left ks obviously the new coupler that i got. Pretty much double the size.

Think it finally has a nice amount of surface area. Definitely feel much more confident in the fit then before.

Sure (send me you email), you just need to add cardboard gasket from TB side or just rubber/silicone "o" ring

Like it is seen in the pic, holding up just fine. I did have to re tighten bolts 2 times. (O ring getting crushed)

Keep an eye on them... PLA will slowly deform (compress in this case) when it is above 60C / 140F AND they will get up to 100C / 212F since they are heated by the engine coolant.

I have a CNC mill also, and I was thinking about making them from alu if they work well. For now, i'll just do ABS. I changed the design a tiny bit and added a little indent for the o-ring
Also, i noticed the AFE ones have that spiral thing on the inside, i dunno if that helps at all though. I would guess... no?

I think spiral could work in front of intake, right after velocity stack, but after TB I would say no.
