today i got my non resonated test pipe , and try to install .. but it is almost impossible to pull bolt out...

have any one try this ?

the bolt that connect y pipe and cat , it got stripped out so i try to use angel grinder next time... the bolt in the top dont wanna move out too...

i m not sure is this possible to work in home or i should bring to shop..

you think the y pipe is hard wait til you get to the DEMON bolts.
the oem y pipe has studs that are pressed in. Only the nut comes off so cut those off if stripped itll come off.

STOP BEFORE going any further soak all the bolts with PB BLAST OR EQUIVALENT PENETRATION OIL.
then let sit for couple hours a day is better then try again.

Thank you for fast reply ! , i try bottom bolt but i think i make 3 other bolt round... so the ratchet doesn't work..

also put PB blaster but still didn't work... h aha

 

Are you using the correct size socket with 6 point?
or you using 12 points?

 

If you rounded out 1 bolt, what made you think it would be a good idea to keep rounding off the other bolts? So they would match?

You should only be using 6-point sockets.

 

 

lol taking off the y pipe is the worst. I had to angle grind it off and put new bolts. Have fun!

 

Here~ and be SURE to use the 50:50 Acetone ATF mix for bolt soaking, much better than most any other rust breaker.
