You guys seriously just overlooked me telling you oem piping size is 1.9"? I measured it with a digital caliper...

Edit: and just because I am a nice guy despite being completely ignored...

Measurements taken from a 2013 Sedan oem exhaust

Piping size immediately before connecting to mufflers is 1.9" OD
Piping size between resonators and mufflers is 1.6" OD
Piping size before resonators 2" OD
Piping size at y pipe connection where both y's meet 2.5" OD
Piping size right after catalytic converter but measured on y pipe side is 1.9" OD

I don't have any from up close. I could get some if you needed. I was unsure about what tip size to go, as I didn't want them to be too large and wanted them to be subtle. I went rolled angle cut 3.5" tips. They look good, but they look pretty small. I may eventually up-size to 4" tips, but i'm content for now.
They're filthy, but you get the idea of how they sit.
Thats one hell of a background !

Hah sorry, I figured that's what your response was aimed at but kinda skimmed it. Thanks for measuring all that, good to know.

My question is what are the pros and cons about doing the muffler delete if any, would it be better to get an axel back than do the muffler delete?
Dont do it, i did my g37s and i regret it. I had it done 2 days ago and it got old. Sounds alright but too loud for my teaste and alot of drone. And yes the car screams and brings too much attention from the cops and annoys my ears. Going back to stock, clean soft and sexy sound.
