Are these actually berk hfcs?

Hey guys just wanted to ask if these were actually berk hfcs, recently bought them and it doesn't look like berk hfcs but the seller told me they were taken off his g37 sedan

Yep, if they were test pipes it would have resonators closer to the oval flange and the bung would go directly into the resonator. Cats have the stem coming out afterwards, I couldn't comment on which brand they are but they are cats for sure.

Edit, for the record, sedan pipes are a tad bit smaller in diameter if that helps at all.

They're probably the older versions.

I don't think they are Berks. Berks has an 02 spacer, not a J-bung. I can't think of any HFC's that use a J-bung other than Fast Intentions.

I have berks and mine do not have the j bung. Also I'm pretty sure berks will have the brackets welded on for support mounts like what is in your top pic. It's hard to see in the second pic but doesn't look like they are there.

If I had to guess, they were maybe test pipes with cats welded in? That's what I'm doing to my resonated test pipes, its really easy and far cheaper than the FI versions.
