Is it really that difficult to install high flow cats?

Get the right tools and prepare yourself to cut 1 bolt. You may not have to, but it is somewhat likely.

I'm assuming none of the bolts are spot welded onto the flange like the stock catback has?

not trying to thread jack, but if I already have HFCs installed how hard are headers to install?

Was going to order one and install it by myself but after I saw this video, I think I'd better go to a local shop. So much work gosh. Labor would be something around $150. Is that fair enough though?

Honestly I'm not sure. Even if it's not totally necessary it would probably help a lot. The issue with the exhaust manifold removal is stuck rusted fasteners located in very tight space where it's hard to get a tool on it with any torque to break them free. You actually have to take the HFC off and then the manifold, so it's twice as bad (or more) as the HFC job.
