Bad Throttle Response

I have a 10 G37S and it seems to be getting slower. I've got about 55k miles and use synthetic oil every 5k. I also replaced the air filters with stock replacements at about 45k miles. The throttle bodies have also been cleaned and I sea foamed the fuel system. Gas mileage is getting worse also. I was getting about 21 mpg mixed. Now I am getting 17-18. I am not driving any different. Any idea's or is it time to upgrade to a better brand vehicle?

Maybe the catalytic convertor is clogged?

if he's looking for a better paint job, then any Kia or rat rod will fit the bill.

HFC, throttle body cleaning, and AEM drop-in filters helped a lot with my throttle response. Since you've pretty much already done 2/3...perhaps it's the cat or something else?

I vote cats, also. Months before my 2010 bit the dust, both cats were rattling (around 43K miles) pretty good, but I was out of bumper-to-bumper warranty (still had drivetrain and emissions warranty remaining). Infiniti corporate said rattle or not if they are not throwing a code they are performing their intended function, so no love for the rattling cats.

Still boggles my mind that I'm getting ready to drop cash on another Infiniti, based on warranty administration chicanery on Infiniti's part. Honestly, I think most manufacturers are playng games these days.

I just concluded arbitration on a bad 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited, and was very fortunate to win a repurchase. No deduction for the year I owned and drove it because the defects were present at time of delivery. Toyota has 30 days to conclude the repurchase. They lied out of their teeth during the arbitration hearing. I expected no less from them.
