Gen3 hole

So i have a Stillen Gen3 coming in and like most of you I'm curious about the hole to be cut.. so i've googleed around and all i saw was some janky butchered holes..

It is that hard to cut? i was looking for an example of a minimal cut. Anyone else out there OCD?

I haven't installed the Stillen intake, but I will offer my advice from completing similar jobs. I recommend holding up the pipe where it needs to go and drawing an outline of what needs to be cut with a silver sharpie. I would then use a Dremel with a cut off wheel attachment. To clean up the cut you can put the grinding/sanding wheel attachment on the Dremel to smooth it out. You can also use this attachment to slightly widen the hole until the pipe fits through nicely.

That's the method I used to install these ballasts into this headlight housing:

they are not hard to cut if you take off the bumper..but seeing that you never see the holes I could care less what they look like. and don't forget to wrap your a/c lines so the intake doesn't rub a hole in them
